Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Fare Enforcement in Denver, CO. You will protect passengers, staff, and visitors, maintaining a visible security presence at a busy transit location and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include routine patrols, incident response, access control, and reporting. A minimum of one year in security and a high school diploma are required; several certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of transit facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify transit personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and incidents; complete reports.
• Assist with crowd management and provide directions during routine operations and disruptions.
