Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Train Fare Patrol in Denver, CO. You will safeguard clients across government transit locations, performing patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time with a daytime/evening schedule and requires a background check and drug screen where permitted. Allied Universal values growth, safety, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required; subject to law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of transit platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and patrol activities for site contacts and leadership.
