Keolis ECCTA is seeking aTransit Operations Supervisor to oversee driver and vehicle operations, monitor service quality, and support dispatch across a high-demand transit network. You will enforce safety standards, coordinate with departments, and coach staff to ensure excellent passenger service.

A strong focus on on-time performance and compliance with DOT and company rules is essential. The role requires a valid MN Class B CDL with endorsements, a VTT certificate, and a proven driving

Competenze

• Must possess a valid MN Commercial Driver’s License (Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements).
• Current Verification of Transit Training (VTT) certificate required prior to revenue service.
• Provide a current Driver’s Record to verify acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time operator.
• Knowledge of project-specific vehicles, components, and data/communications systems.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and corporate safety programs.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
• Ability to work independently and objectively.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Oversee driver and vehicle operations to enhance customer service and on-time performance.
• Monitor on-street real-time signage and report malfunctions in writing.
• Complete operator training and customer service training per Keolis requirements.
• Support dispatch across service area, including peak times at major stations.
• Conduct a minimum of 30 ride-alongs/road observations monthly with formal documentation.
• Respond to incidents and accidents as first line of service delivery, with flexible scheduling.
