Zusammenfassung

Keolis is seeking an experienced trainer to oversee and deliver our bus operator and safety training programs. You will conduct introductory OSHA courses, coordinate new-hire and CDL training, and support instructor certification while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a CDL-B with passenger endorsement, TS I certification, and at least five years of progressive transit experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a certified Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) bus operator trainer.
• Must Have a Class “B” with Passenger endorsement Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Minimum 5 years progressive transit experience with commercial class “B” vehicles in a fixed route transit system.
• Knowledgeable with DOT policies, OSHA, NIMS, FTA, and ADA requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing training program plans and procedures; conducting investigations and recommending corrective action.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and teach the overall training program including introductory OSHA training for maintenance personnel and dispatchers.
• Coordinate and deliver training for road supervisors, accident investigation, and new-hire bus operator training.
• Design, deliver, and update driver training and safety courses for onboarding, defensive driving, ADA compliance, and passenger safety.
• Provide support for instructor certification programs and operate/teach on-site bus operations.
