Job summary

Keolis in Minnesota seeks a Transit Operations Supervisor to manage driver and vehicle operations, ensuring safe, reliable service and strong customer support. You will coordinate dispatch, monitor on-time performance, and respond to incidents while coaching staff and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements, VTT certification, and at least two years’ experience as an operator.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid MN Commercial Driver’s License (Class B CDL) with passenger & air brake endorsements.
• Current Verification of Transit Training (VTT) certificate before revenue service.
• Driver’s Record to verify acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time operator.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and safety programs.
• Strong customer service attitude; read/write/speak English.
• Ability to communicate across departments and work independently.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver and vehicle operations and enhance customer service.
• Support drivers during revenue service and respond to incidents; monitor bus stop conditions and on-time performance.
• Conduct 30 ride-alongs/road observations per month to promote safe driving and proper policies, with formal documentation.
