Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time operator experience.
• Knowledge of project vehicles, components, and data/communications systems.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and corporate safety programs/policies.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver and vehicle operations and monitor on-time performance.
• Support drivers during revenue service and respond to incidents.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and coach drivers as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch and other departments to maintain service quality.
