Responsibilities

• Monitor routes, schedules, and service adherence in real time; adjust schedules and reroute vehicles as needed.
• Primary on-scene incident response and coordination with emergency services.
• Supervise drivers; conduct ride-alongs; evaluate customer service delivery; provide real-time coaching.
• Enforce agency policies, local/state laws, FTA and DOT safety standards; administer testing as required.
• Resolve operator and passenger conflicts on-site; assist passengers with special needs including ADA compliance.
• Prepare concise incident reports, operator evaluations, field logs, and safety audits within deadlines.
• Assign vehicles and drivers daily to balance operations; coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
