Qualifications

• Ability to obtain City National Incident Management System Certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B Utah CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements.
• 4 years of supervisory experience in the transit industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and evaluates performance of Transit Operators and Dispatchers.
• Ensures compliance with city and departmental policies and SOPs.
• Provides visibility and field support for Operators and customers, addressing system issues.
• Develops partnerships to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Prepares run-bid materials and coordinates Change-Day activities and communications.
• Investigates complaints to ensure compliance with commitments and documents incidents.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
