Job summary

Park City Transit is seeking a Transit Shift Supervisor to supervise a team of Transit Operators and Dispatchers and assist the Transit Manager with projects for safe and efficient operation.

The role requires oversight of performance, policy compliance, and coordination of field activities, including run-bid materials and incident reporting using video management systems. It emphasizes ADA/EEO/DBE/FTA compliance and strong community safety focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B Utah CDL with air brake and passenger endorsements.
• 4 years of supervisory experience in the transit industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and evaluates performance of Transit Operators and Dispatchers.
• Ensures compliance with city and departmental policies and SOPs.
• Coordinates field operations, addresses schedule issues and safety hazards.
• Prepares run-bid materials and coordinates Change-Day activities.
• Investigates complaints and documents incidents using video systems.
