Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of operators to ensure safe bus operations and policy compliance.
• Provides guidance to operators on issues such as customer complaints and safety.
• Coaches and mentors staff to maintain morale and align with company values.
• Monitors on-time performance and reports as required.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
