Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Road Supervisor to support field operations and ensure efficient service delivery on the road. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate between field teams to maintain safety, timeliness, and high service standards on a 2nd shift.

The role requires a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and open scheduling availability, with preferred background in transit management and DMV procedures.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Must have open availability – flexible schedule.
• 5+ years of Operations Management experience with 3 years in transit preferred; college education can substitute for up to 2 years of work history.
• Experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM).
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of operators to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Provides support, guidance and training to operators; addresses issues and determines actions.
• Maintains a positive work environment through coaching and developing staff.
• Monitors on-time performance and creates performance reports.
• Ensures policy adherence; discusses breaches with Operations Manager.
• Collects and audits employee DVIs; evaluates performance of direct reports.
• Administers appropriate employee discipline when necessary.
