Job summary

WeDriveU in Naples, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead supervision of drivers, implement SOPs, and ensure routes meet client needs. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with clients and vendors.

With 5+ years in Paratransit Operations, a CDL with endorsements, and Trapeze software experience, you will hire/train drivers, analyze ridership, and help shape company policy while maintaining safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' managerial experience in Paratransit Transportation Operations Management.
• Commercial Drivers License with appropriate endorsements.
• Trapeze Software Experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee SOP implementation as directed by the Client and WeDriveU policies.
• Provide staff leadership to promote safe, efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure transit routes are continually serviced to meet client needs.
• Make staffing and logistical decisions and communicate them to drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, road test, train and develop drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Support development of company policy and procedures.
• Support the General Manager as needed.
• Additional duties may apply.
