Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of information technology experience supporting applications, networks, servers, and desktops.

Responsibilities

• Operate onsite to support transit operations as technology liaison.
• Provide administrator-level permissions for desktops, servers, networks as needed.
• Offer telephone, email, chat and local end-user support.
• Log incidents, escalate where needed and document resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge bases and contribute to first-contact resolution.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support when required.
• Travel to local sites to assist users with IT issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
