Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintenance of communications systems and network hardware.
• SCADA operations and troubleshooting desired.
• Education and experience cannot be substituted; only equivalent combinations are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support network, communication, and fare collection systems, including SCADA, CCTV, PA, fiber optics, and network nodes.
• Maintain communication infrastructure and fare collection equipment, including variable message boards.
• Identify, gather, and test necessary parts; safely work with electricity; operate and maintain specialized tools.
• Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management of tools, parts, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain detailed inspection, repair, and inventory records.
• Support cross-functional projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations to improve operations.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
