MV Transportation in Seattle seeks a Help Desk Support to deliver Tier 1-2 IT support in a transit environment. You will handle desktop, server, and network issues, support Trapeze and related applications, and maintain SLA compliance for operations.

The role requires active directory and networking know-how, hands-on imaging, MDM, VOIP, and a customer-focused approach. Onsite five days a week with benefits included, compensation starting at $37.80–$40.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Trapeze transit software and related applications.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and networking.
• Experience supporting Windows 10-11, Server 2012/2016, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in desktop imaging methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all users, including clients on transportation applications.
• Support desktop, server, and network infrastructure per SLA and corporate IT standards.
• Assist with cloud-based contact center environment with VOIP and softphones.
• Deploy MDT/MDM rollouts on Android devices and in-vehicle tablets.
• Maintain documentation for IT operations and software development.
