Job summary

Transdev North America in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Electronic Technician to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics on farebox, money processing, radio, electronic head signs, and digital video recorders. You will document procedures, complete reports, and respond to road calls to keep vehicles and equipment in service.

The role requires 3–5 years of electronics experience, ability to read maintenance manuals, and a willingness to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Electronics Technician.
• Must be able to comprehend parts books and maintenance manuals and accurately complete any necessary reports.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and performs repair procedures necessary to correct malfunctions of farebox, money processing, radio, and electronic head sign and digital recording equipment.
• Analyzes, cleans, and repairs all component parts relative to this equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures to reduce repair-related issues.
• Completes and submits daily reports related to repair procedures.
• Performs road calls and on-the-road repairs as needed.
