MV Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the local HR lead, coordinating recruitment, payroll and records, and employee relations for our service provider operations in the Denver area.

The role requires 3+ years of HR management experience in a transit environment, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong decision-making and communication skills. The position includes comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) plan, with posting closing on

Competenze

• Three or more years of recent and relevant experience managing in the HR field within a transit bus property of similar scope, size, and complexity.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• HR certifications are a plus.
• Interpersonal and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels.

Mansioni

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees.
• Maintaining financial, payroll, personnel, reporting, and other records as needed.
• Developing and implementing recruitment approaches to attract talent.
• Establishing a hiring process including reviewing applications, screening, interviewing, and background checks.
• Ensuring personnel records are accurately maintained including training and compliance.
• Administration of compensation and benefit programs.
• Addressing staff concerns and conducting investigations as needed.
• Improving employee satisfaction and reducing turnover.
• Ensuring compliance with client, company, state, and federal employment requirements.

• Liaising with union representatives.
