Qualifications

• Two to three years in a Human Resources management role with 200+ employees.
• Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
• Interpersonal and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
• HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees
• Maintaining payroll, personnel, reporting, and other records
• Developing innovative recruitment approaches to attract talent
• Establishing hiring processes including screening and interviewing
• Ensuring personnel records, training, certifications and compliance are maintained
• Administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Addressing staff concerns and investigating complaints
• Developing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Reviewing and shaping policies to stay compliant and enhance contractor performance
• Developing and revising job descriptions and training checklists
• Monitoring staffing levels and communicating changes to leadership
• Ensuring timely and objective employee evaluations and reviews
• Participating in regular meetings to align with performance goals
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws
• EEO and AA officer liaison and employee union relations
