Qualifications

• Five or more years of HR and labor relations experience in a public transit environment.
• Experience administering a collective agreement.
• Experience with recruitment, terminations, benefits, and compensation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI, DOT regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operating management on HR policies and practices.
• Administer policy interpretation, discipline, and employee relations.
• Develop employee handbooks and initiatives for cost competitiveness.
• Support payroll functions and benefits processes.
• Advise branch managers on employee relations and labor codes.
• Monitor HR trends and legal obligations.
