Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of dispatcher or administrative experience in transit dispatch.
• Data entry experience and knowledge of Windows-based systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle operators' shift and scheduling adjustments.
• Monitor on-time performance and respond to disruptions.
• Document daily events, attendance, and scheduling issues.
• Coordinate with Baltimore County and subcontractors.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information.
