Transdev in Baltimore, MD (Charm City Circulator) is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee road service, communicate with Operators, and deliver customer support with a focus on safety. The role supports operations across assigned routes and emergencies.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a CDL B with Passenger endorsement, 3–5 years dispatching experience, and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time position under a collective bargaining agreement with competitive pay and

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• CDL B with Passenger endorsement; no Airbrake restriction.
• 3–5 years dispatching experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Willing to work shifts or flexible schedules.

Mansioni

• Oversee road service by tracking trip performance and on-time starts.
• Provide customer support for questions, no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations and liaison with emergency services.
• Review route performance and respond to service-impacting issues.
• Perform other duties, including operating revenue service if needed.
