Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2-3 years transit supervisory experience with emphasis on safety preferred.
• Computer literate – MS Office and transit software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a safety-first lifestyle at the location.
• Ensure operators are fit-for-duty and scheduling compliance.
• Ensure on- and off-trip operating procedures are followed.
• Ensure on-time-performance specifications.
• Prepares and submits required reports in a timely manner.
• Responds to service-related assignments.
• Oversees safety of drivers and passengers and monitors behavior.
• Liaison between drivers, customers and the organization on concerns.
