Transdev North America, Inc. at County Connection (CCTA) in Concord is seeking a Lead Dispatcher to oversee the Dispatch team, ensure routes are filled, and provide Operators with timely instructions and safety-oriented support.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and weekend/evening supervision, with a union payscale ranging from $24.13 to $30.55 per hour and a starting wage of $24.13, progressing over three years.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.
• Supervise staff on weekends and evenings.
• Manage department reports and other communication tools.
• Support the Dispatch Supervisor in training new employees.
• Other duties as required.
