Responsibilities

• Ensure dispatch boards are correct and updated.
• Assign trips to minimize deadhead and maximize efficiency.
• View and edit trips with correct vehicles and drivers.
• Geographically locate drivers at all times.
• Reassign trips for maintenance and demand changes.
• Monitor driver routes to ensure on-time performance.
• Use proper radio and 10-codes.
• Document driver call-outs and start/finish times.
• Transport needs: move buses to dealers as needed.
• Notify maintenance of road service calls.
• Perform other assigned duties.
