Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle clerical duties, reconcile driver manifests, and enter data in Trapeze software. Responsibilities include taking reservations, assisting with applications, and preparing eligibility letters in a fast-paced office environment.

Candidates should have basic Excel skills, strong ten key ability, and excellent communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; transit experience is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile driver manifests and enter data in Trapeze accurately.
• Take reservations and provide information.
• Assist with the application process and prepare eligibility letters.
• Prepare prepaid tickets and assist Accounting Manager and other assigned duties.
