Enlightened in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a temporary Customer Service Center Representative (CSR) to support PATH riders and staff. This four-month role is the first point of contact, handling inquiries by phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and courtesy.

The CSR documents interactions, processes card registrations, handles refunds, and resolves PCPS or ticketing issues, contributing to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support via phone, email, and other channels and document inquiries.
• Register fare cards and update records in central databases.
• Handle lost or replacement card claims and refunds per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot ticketing or PCPS issues and advise customers on next steps.
• Process web orders and maintain related spreadsheets.
• Assist with refunds and investigations and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Guide customers on technical issues and provide clear, informed advice.
• Support PATH customers to ensure timely resolutions.
