AlphaGraphics - US713 is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our tight-knit team in a full-time role in Mahwah, NJ. You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by ensuring their needs are met, acting as the internal representative and educating customers about products and services.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, assist with billing, and help attract new customers while collaborating closely with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
