• Assist the Reservation Director with RideCo paratransit tech implementation tasks.
• Monitor project milestones and track action items for RideCo deployment.
• Support development of updated call center training materials for better retention.
• Ensure training content aligns with operations and SME guidance.
• Prepare visual aids and quick-reference materials to boost agent performance.
