Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Seattle is seeking a motivated team member to support our employee commute programs on-site. You will help employees navigate parking, shuttles, transit, carpool, bike options and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will act as a subject matter expert, deliver on-site and virtual outreach, coordinate passes and schedules, and track program KPIs using SmartSheet and Excel, while maintaining clear documentation and coordination with stakeholders to improve the

Competenze

• 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable presenting to large groups or virtual sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume emails.

Mansioni

• Provide timely, friendly service to employees seeking commute information.
• Serve as SME on available commute modes and passes.
• Coordinate distribution of transportation passes and permits.
• Create and maintain program documentation and templates.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to deliver a quality commute experience.
