Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, facilities management, agreements management, real estate or related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in real estate, agreements management, public administration, facilities management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages operational functions of passenger access services including passenger parking and loading management programs and services.
• Monitors and analyzes data on parking fees, permits, and parking space usage to optimize availability.
• Leads interdepartmental and interagency coordination to implement the Regional Parking Management program.
• Manages vendor/contractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract terms.
• Directs data collection and reporting on KPIs for access and parking; informs budget and policy decisions.
• Champions equity and inclusion in program design and delivery.
