Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross‑discipline model integration for transit and multimodal projects across offices nationwide. You will coordinate architecture, structures, roadway, and MEP models into a single federated deliverable and run early clash detection.

You will help establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards, mentor junior staff, and interface with clients and subconsultants to define deliverable requirements and data handoff expectations throughout the

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating intelligent models across multiple design disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of transit and DOT design standards.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM/CAD tools (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Ability to train and mentor production staff across geographies.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination to integrate models into federated deliverables.
