Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination — act as the Intelligent Modeling Coordinator for transit and multimodal projects, coordinating deliverables across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP into a single federated, clash‑checked model.
• Model coordination & clash detection — run clash detection in Navisworks and lead resolution across disciplines to catch conflicts early.
• Standards & governance — establish, document, and enforce CADD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows across offices.
• Mentorship & guidance — provide modeling staff with design sketches and guidance; mentor and train production staff across offices.
• Acts as Intelligent Modeling Coordinator during the project lifecycle to ensure coordination between design teams.
• Performs crosscheck of drawings for consistency with QC standards and cross sections.
• Maintains model health and interoperability across Autodesk and Bentley toolsets.
