Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead multi‑discipline model integration for transit and multimodal projects. Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across disciplines for transit/multimodal projects.
• Lead clash detection and resolution across design teams.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and model-based deliverables.
• Mentor production staff and ensure QC of drawings and models.
• Interface with clients and subconsultants on model requirements.
