Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with vocational CADD training.
• 12 years of related experience in CADD/BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination—coordinates intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Model coordination & clash detection—runs clash detection and leads resolution across disciplines.
• Standards & governance—establishes CADD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Mentorship & guidance—mentors production staff and provides design sketches.
• Interfaces with clients, agencies, and subconsultants on model deliverable requirements.
