Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy and leadership for enterprise-wide clinical strategies.
• Own full lifecycle of clinical programs and product design from concept to scale.
• Lead digital health partnerships, Stars/CBP strategies and high-cost specialty initiatives.
• Shape long-term integrated clinical products focusing on member needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, design, and business leaders across Humana.
• Present updates to enterprise forums and influence senior decision-makers.
• Ensure alignment and prioritized value opportunities across teams.
