Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development in healthcare.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (analytics, engineering, design, clinical).
• Strong business and financial acumen with data analytics experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy: lead a team that develops and executes enterprise-wide clinical strategies.
• Lead clinical program and product design, implementation, and scaling from concept through launch and ongoing oversight.
• Oversee digital health partnerships strategy, Stars clinical strategy, and high-cost specialty programs.
• Shape the evolution of integrated clinical products to meet member needs and reduce cost.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering, and design toward common goals.
• Develop cross-functional strategies with strategic partners across the enterprise.
