Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development and implementation in healthcare.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (analytics, engineering, design, clinical roles).
• Strong business/consulting background and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical strategy and translate priorities into scalable programs.
• Design, pilot, launch, and scale clinical programs and products from concept to ongoing operation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering and design across Humana.
• Drive improvements in health outcomes and cost of care while aligning stakeholders.
