Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required with clinical background.
• 10+ years in strategy and operations within healthcare organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, design, and clinical roles.
• Strong business, financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical strategy and translate priorities into pilots.
• Design, test, and scale cross-functional clinical programs and products.
• Own full lifecycle from concept through pilot, launch, and scaling.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering, and design.
• Provide updates to enterprise-wide forums and influence Humana leadership.
