Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years in strategy and operations for healthcare.
• Product experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business and/or consulting experience.
• Data analytics experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide clinical strategies to improve outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end design, pilots, and scaling of clinical programs and products.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, design, and clinical teams.
• Influence senior Humana leadership to drive health improvements and cost reductions.
• Provide strategic updates to enterprise forums and partners.
