Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development and implementation in healthcare.
• Clinical operations experience across payers and providers.
• Product experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business and/or consulting experience.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Experience with analytics and use of data.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Process improvement experience.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy: lead on enterprise-wide initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Lead clinical program and product design, implementation, and scaling across the full lifecycle.
• Oversee digital health partnerships strategy and Stars clinical strategy for key measures.
• Develop integrated clinical products focused on member needs and cost impact.
• Lead the team and collaborate with partner teams across Humana.
• Work with business leaders, clinicians, analytics, engineering, and design on complex strategies.
• Influence senior decision-makers to improve health and reduce costs.
• Provide strategic input to enterprise forums.
