Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare (10+ years).
• Experience leading managers and professional teams (7+ years).

Responsibilities

• Own MA value creation strategy and develop the roadmap for clinical programs.
• Oversee clinical program execution with day-to-day management and cross-functional coordination.
• Improve Quality and Stars performance through gap closure and quality improvement.
• Drive appropriate Home Health utilization and demonstrate network savings.
• Reduce avoidable medical costs through scalable interventions.
• Advance member engagement and longitudinal care beyond a single Home Health episode.
• Expand high-risk member services and new home-based care models and pilots.
• Improve ecosystem integration across CWHH, PCO, Rx, and Humana.
