Job summary

CenterWell Home Health in the United States seeks an AVP, Clinical Product & Strategy to set the strategic direction for clinical programs and products that deliver measurable value for Medicare Advantage and Traditional Medicare populations.

Reporting to the VP, West Region President & Clinical Strategy, you will lead a team of ~20 associates to partner across Humana and CenterWell to scale home health programs, improve quality, risk adjustment accuracy, and member engagement while reducing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• Experience leading managers and professional teams
• Strategic, enterprise-oriented leadership in Medicare/ value-based care

Responsibilities

• Own MA value creation strategy and roadmap for clinical programs
• Oversee strategic clinical program execution including performance management
• Improve quality and Stars performance across CenterWell Home Health populations
• Drive appropriate Home Health utilization and demonstrate network savings and patient impact
• Reduce avoidable medical costs through scale interventions
• Advance member engagement and longitudinal care beyond a single Home Health episode
• Expand high-risk member services beyond traditional Home Health episode
• Improve ecosystem integration across CWHH, PCO, Rx and Humana
