Telecare Corporation is seeking a Substance Use Counselor CATC CADC SUDCC to provide case management and supports for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in the Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes helping individuals live more independently within their chosen communities.

Shifts run 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with compensation starting at $26.46–$32.69 per hour, adjusted for geographic location and experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certification as CADC/CATC/SUDCC (or equivalent) is required.
• State-specific licensure requirements apply for WA/AZ per location.

• Serve as primary case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance use disorders.
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in their community.
• Coordinate services and support across treatment teams.
