Responsibilities

• Guide solutioning and align initiatives with enterprise transformation goals.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution with delivery resources (2 teams, 1–3 members each).
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and coordinate with Transformation Office.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to drive success.
• Develop workplans, define delivery approaches, and shape project scope.
• Coach and develop Leads, Consultants, and Analysts.
