Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships across an organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise with a proven track record.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver high-quality client service, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, and roadmap delivery of transformation projects.
• Develop and standardize operating models, governance, and organizational structures to support.
• Provide financial, regulatory, and operational analysis to align with client goals.
• Manage multiple projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams across client engagements.
• Ensure proper documentation, risk mitigation, and go-to-market activities for the practice.
