Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, CS, or MIS.
• Minimum of two years of related PM, CM, and BA experience; consulting preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Ability to collaborate, provide exceptional client service, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile/Lean Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Lead project management activities from design to deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and communications.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
• Produce end-user training and follow-up activities.
