Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future-state visioning, target operating model, and roadmap delivery for transformation programs.
• Utilize finance, accounting, and industry knowledge to realign client organizations with strategic goals.
• Develop and standardize financial processes, document policies and procedures.
• Define roles, reporting structures, and governance to enable execution.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across staff, client teams, and vendors.
• Identify gaps, provide strategic recommendations to mature operating models.
• Drive go-to-market activities and contribute to growth of the practice.
