Baker Tilly US is seeking a Strategic Transformation Leader to guide large-scale transformation programs across client organizations. You will define future-state visions, build target operating models, and lead cross-functional teams through design, build, and deployment phases.

The role requires deep finance, accounting, and industry knowledge, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum twelve years of related experience; consulting background preferred.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, and roadmaps for transformation projects.
• Align target operating models with industry standards and benchmarks.
• Develop and govern operating models, metrics, and organizational structures.
• Coordinate multi-project delivery, staffing, deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships and risk mitigation across engagements.
• Support go-to-market activities and practice development.
