Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of twelve years of related experience; consulting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in large transformations across sectors (Public Sector/Not-for-Profit/Higher Education).
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise with client optimization experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, and target operating models.
• Develop roadmaps and manage delivery of multiple transformation projects.
• Coordinate staffing, vendors, and client resources across engagements.
• Define governance structures, requirements, and project plans.
• Partner with executives to mitigate risks and ensure value realization.
