Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager – Project Management within the Outsourced Services practice to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that blend technology, process redesign, data, and change management. You will translate business priorities into structured programs and drive governance, delivery, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, service lines, technology teams, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment, manage risks, and deliver benefits realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of management, supervisory, or cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Translate priorities into project charters, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Define outcomes, scope, budgets, and measures of success with leadership and clients.
• Lead lifecycle from opportunity definition to benefits realization.
• Establish program governance, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
• Develop and mentor project teams and drive repeatable methodologies.
